Kickoff-Meeting of the TWG access levels/ permissions for research data in collections

Invitation to the first session: TWG "Access levels for research data"

The first meeting to establish the Temporary Working Group (TWG) “Access Levels and Permissions for Research Data” will take place on January 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Over the past few months, several task areas have been considering graded access levels for meta and research data in collections. The TWG is to be established in order to bundle these approaches and develop them further together.

The aim of the TWG is to develop a comprehensive concept that takes different requirements into account. A coordinated approach between the task areas is intended to prevent different solutions from being developed in parallel.

At the first meeting, we will discuss the procedure and work together on the application for the TWG.
