We would like to cordially invite you to the NFDI4Culture forum event ‘Measuring the quality of cultural data - but how? Concepts, methods, potentials and the approach of NFDI4Culture’ on 9 and 20 May 2025, both at 1 pm and 4 pm, at which our consortium will also be represented and the results of the analysis on research data management in museums and university collections will be presented.

The analysis of research data management in museums and collections examines the use of standardised data and controlled vocabularies on a meaningful statistical basis in a sector that works very heterogeneously and without central guidelines. At the same time, collection data is increasingly being utilised and valued as research data. The following questions should be answered: What strategies can be used to grow data quality from the bottom up, from within the collections and museums? How does NFDI4Objects want to and can support this?
