Temporary Working Groups

The NFDI4Objects Temporary Working Groups (TWG) are the driving force behind the consortium’s continuous development of standards and specifications.

TWGs are established at the initiative of a TA or the community along thematic lines to support the TAs in implementing the work programme. A TWG also allows the expert clusters and community clusters to launch their own initiatives that are not yet covered by the consortium’s work programme.

The formation of a TWG must be proposed by at least one Co-Applicant; the members of a TWG are appointed by the spokesperson on the basis of an outline of the initiative developed in collaboration with TA6. A TWG will be dissolved once the objectives of the initiative have been achieved, if it merges with another TWG or if it has become inactive.
