Conference on Research Data Infrastracture from 26 to 28 August

Looking back

From 26 to 28 August 2025, the 2nd Conference on Research Data Infrastructures took place at RWTH Aachen University. NFDI4Objects was also on site. The exchange around research data management, data, knowledge graphs, terminologies, subject-specific needs and infrastructures was very valuable and gave us many impulses and also use cases for cross-consortia cooperation.

Announcement

The National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) association is initiating the second Conference on Research Data Infrastructure (CoRDI) from 26 to 28 August 2025. The conference will take place at RWTH Aachen University. This year’s motto is “RDM in Action”. The main topics of the conference include technical and non-technical aspects for the development of interdisciplinary research data management (RDM). National and international players from all research areas and from the infrastructure sector will present projects and initiatives from the diverse fields of work of and with RDM.

Members of NFDI4Objects will also be represented with several contributions on the topics of RDM funding, data FAIRification, open data and a use case on FAIR data and linked open data.
