Clustermeeting of the CC Service Portfolio Development

Current status:

Both subgroups have begun their work, and initial drafts are available for a large portion of the features.

Goals of the meeting:

1. Discussion of the drafts to date
   1. Operational stability/emergency plan
   2. Terms of use/license
   3. Communication strategy/help desk
   4. KPI monitoring
