Presentation of the publication “FAIR Vocabularies and Authority Files for Museums and Collections”

On March 16, 2026 at 2 p.m.

the publication “FAIRe Vocabularies and Standard Data for Museums and Collections” will be presented. The publication was produced in collaboration with other stakeholders as part of a sub-working group of the NFDI4Culture Minimum Data Set Working Group.

The publication will be presented by Anja Gerber (KSW, NFDI4Objects) and Dr. Domenic Schäfer (VZG, NFDI4Culture, LIDO Service Center). The presentation will focus on the importance of controlled vocabularies and standard data for the sustainable reusability of object-describing data in museums and collections.
