Save the date: Event on Building reference- and Norm Data

On August 26–27, 2026, a cross-consortium “lunch-to-lunch” event on building reference and standard data will take place at TIB Hannover. The event was initiated as a Special Interest Group with participation from NFDI4Culture, NFDI4Objects, NFDI4ING, and other partners. The focus will be on practical use cases, workflows, and quality criteria for building data—ranging from Wikibase, Wikidata, and GND alignment to perspectives from research, archives, historic preservation, and architectural collections; this will be immediately followed by the annual meeting of the Federation of German-Language Architectural Collections from August 27–29, 2026.
