NFDI4Biodiversity - Boosting Biodata Bootcamp

From September 15–17, 2026, NFDI4Microbiota, together with other consortia of the NFDI Biodata Interest Group, will host the “Boosting Biodata Bootcamp” at RWTH Aachen University. The conference is aimed at anyone who works with data from the life sciences—from research and data management to software development and bioinformatics.

The focus will be on practical tools, data workflows and discussions on research data management, FAIR data and open science. Participants will have the opportunity to present their own workflows and datasets and to network with experts from various fields.
