As part of the election for the spokesperson of NFDI4Objects, Dr. Christin Keller, Executive Director of NFDI4Objects, was elected spokesperson by a large majority (with one abstention).

The vote was conducted by mail-in ballot between March 27 and April 14, 2026.

We would like to extend our special thanks to the previous spokesperson, Prof. Dr. Philipp von Rummel, for his tremendous dedication. We are very pleased that he will remain connected to NFDI4Objects in his new role as a professor at the Institute of Prehistoric Archaeology at Freie Universität Berlin.

We cordially congratulate Dr. Keller on her election and would like to thank all participants for their commitment and for casting their votes.
